What is the best way to lose weight?

I know that running is the best way period. but what can i do inside my house without a treadmill or any other form of exercise equipment. the winter had put a halt to my outdoor activity. and where i live you can barely drive through the snow let alone run.

    You can do push-ups and sprint in place. Do these in sets resting about 30 seconds in between each rep.

    running actually isn’t the best thing. swimming is better. running puts a lot of stress on your joints. inside your house? buy a workout video, or just turn on some music and dance.

    I’m betting you have indoor heating, thermostatically regulated. If so, this means you don’t need much of a dinner to stay warm all night. If you eat a typical affluent Westerner dinner, it will plump your fat cells all night long. Switch to a heavy high protein breakfast, and only enough dinner to get by on. Regards, Larry.

    If you’ve really got that much snow, cross-country skiing or snoeshoes are even better than running, and easier on the joints.

    Here in the Chicago area, it gets cold, but we don’t get all that much snow. There are only a very few days of the year I can’t run, or even mountain bike outside.

    to be honest with yo running isn’t the best way to loose weight because it breaks the knee down. but some people do It anyways because they like to do so. but i think the best way to loose weight is by walking a fast steady paste for 30 minutes a day, and eat small portions more vegetables and furit.! it s the healthy ways to do so with wout putting your self in dept.
